Relaxedin (Standardized Valerian Extract) is a natural sedative that can be used to help people fall asleep and improve quality of sleep, or to reduce the stress associated with anxiety or panic attacks. Relaxdin is made from valerian and contains the active ingredients Valeric Acid, Acetoxyvaleric Acid and Rosmarinic Acid.

How should I use Relaxedin (Valeric Acid/Acetoxyvaleric Acid/Rosmarinic Acid)?

Relexedin comes packaged as a box of 30 capsules. The capsules contain 0.582mg of Valeric and Acetoxyvaleric Acid and 2mg of Rosmarinic Acid (2mg).

• As a sleeping aid: take one capsule just before going to bed.
• As a stress reliever: take one to two capsules as required, twice daily.
