What is Imigran (Sumatriptan Succinate) used for?
This product is manufactured in Turkey.

The medication operates by narrowing blood vessels in the brain to reduce symptoms associated with this condition such as intense pain, photosensitivity, or nausea. Note that the medication is meant to be taken as migraines occur and should not be used as a long term preventative. Your doctor may also prescribe it to treat other unlisted conditions.

Follow your doctor`s instructions while using Imigran (Sumatriptan) to get the most effective results from treatment. One tablet is normally taken at the first sign of a migraine, but your individual dosage will depend on your health condition and the severity of your symptoms. Swallow the tablets with a full glass of water to aid absorption. It is not recommended to split, crush, or chew these doses before use as this may destroy or alter the effects of their contents. Another dosage may be taken if your symptoms persist, but it is not recommended to exceed 200mg within a twenty-four hour period. Ask your doctor or pharmacist any questions you have about the medicine to ensure the correct administration.
